Need to be Seen!

This concerns safety because after viewing council meetings, it is appalling to see the belligerent attitude of Councilman Luciano who is currently running for office again.  How can the Mayor and Council function with destructive behavior like this?  Is this person for real?  He actually told the mayor to go home and beat his wife.  Please watch the video below. https://vimeo.com/1018707392?share=copy
